About Us
Our founder, Doug Bruce, was working in the industry of building trucks for haulers when he saw a need for a company to provide on site repair service for their equipment. He bought a truck and tools and got started repairing compactors and balers on site. Within a short time he added several employees and put more trucks on the road to keep up with the need for his services. Shortly thereafter, Refuse Equipment Services began working with equipment manufacturers selling and installing new equipment. Since then we have had almost 40 years of experience working with a wide range of different types of equipment.
We have been in the business of selling, installing, renting and repairing commercial trash compactors, cardboard balers, containers, recycling equipment and roll off systems since 1978. To better suit the needs of our clients, Refuse Equipment Services has continued to build on our expertise and the types of services we offer. Unlike many competitors, we are fully insured and have many years of experience working in waste management. We also have the equipment and the ability to deliver and move equipment quickly and reliably.

Our Team
Service Techs
We have three service technicians that are on the road daily doing installations, repairs, or doing preventative maintenance to equipment.
Dispatch
Mary is our dispatcher here at Refuse Equipment Services. In the office she handles our day to day phone calls and dispatching for our services technicians.
Ryan Strach oversees the day to day operations of the company as well as handles all of the sales and quoting for Refuse Equipment Services.
